Ancient Empires III (abbreviated: AEIII) is a strategic RTS (Real-Time Strategy) computer game, published by Macrospace in 2005. The game allows players to lead their own civilization, build cities, recruit troops and wage wars against other empires.
Ancient empires III features 8 different civilizations such as Romans, Greeks, Persians, Egyptians, Chinese, Japanese, Aztecs and Incas. Each of these civilizations has its own unique features, such as special units, technologies, buildings, and ways to fight.
The player starts the game with a small city, which he can develop by collecting resources, building new buildings and recruiting troops. The goal of the game is to achieve dominance over other civilizations through territorial expansion and increasing military strength.
