Anguish is the second great map by Jason Dagenet for the Doom 64 Remaster (not including his many earlier works on other ports) and also is compatible Doom 64 EX. It started out as an experiment in speed mapping which evolved into a tightly packed map with plenty of action and great lighting. This map is particularly unique with the weapons you get and how it progresses non-linearly through a compact area. Inspired by Smite of Disrespect's play through, I also played it on "Watch Me Die" difficulty from pistol start with no mid-level saving and fast monsters (what I call Ultra Hard mode). I was fortunate to have had access to early versions of this map and I have a blast each time I play through it!
