Ingredients:
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
2. 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold melon soda
3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
4. 1 to 2 scoops green food coloring
5. Canned whipped topping for garnish
6. 1 fresh cherry (YES) or cocktail cherry

1. Place a large scoop of ice cream in the bottom of a highball glass.
2. Fill the glass with the melon soda up to about two finger widths from the brim. Stir in the lemon juice. Add the green food coloring and stir with a long spoon (or straw hehe).
3. Generously top with whipped topping and garnish with the cherry. Serve immediately.

I am not fond of melon soda myself, but if you do like it and have a sweet tooth, you would like this. :)
