Hey everyone! It's been a while! I'm back this week with a little something from one of my favorite video games of all time, Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I've been wanting to arrange something from the Animal Crossing series for a long time and I think this piece was the perfect fit for the aesthetic I've crafted for the channel. 7PM from New Leaf encapsulates many of the qualities that I love about the Animal Crossing soundtracks. That sweet and simple patchwork writing is something so unique and charming about the series and this piece also has a bit of melancholy to it as well.

This video was a surprising amount of work for me. I wanted to push myself in terms of the video editing and I hope you guys enjoy the style of editing that I'm pursuing with this video. It's more of a continuation of the video style I tried out for the Soundole competition and overall is a more visually striking look. I also ended up purchasing a set of Clave and a new Yamaha Melodica for this video, which were both really fun to play with and record.
