To start with I recommend grinding 100% health, at least 700 speed and 500 reactions.
So you don't have to grind money to do this once you have spent your $300 quit to main menu then continue, you will keep the stats but get the money back.
To get the 15 medals badge quicker I recommend get the greater than 20 on stamina and agility as well if you can.
Then spend your money on items in the shop that increase reactions and speed.
Choose the races with the least obstacles then the least distance as they have best chance for you to win.
Once your health is ~75% do the health again to get back up to max.
