Its not every day you see a full blown production meltdown on multiple fronts with different studios at once. The one thing Ayakashi Triange, Nier Automata, UnitedUp!, and The Misfit of Demon King Academy Season 2 all have in common is Aniplex is the producer. If we go back over a year ago, we saw the anime 86 Eighty-Six experience the exact same issue. It could be a mismanagement problem.
