4We caught up with #CarolinaRavassa (Overwatch, Valorant, Hamster & Gretel) and chatted about her film Morgan’s Mask which premiered at #AnimeExpo. Ravassa plays the lead character in the film and was involved behind the scenes as well.

Morgan’s Mask is an intimate love letter to the massive cosplay and fandom community, highlighting the mental-health struggles commonly seen amongst its members, especially during and resulting from the pandemic. A story about the false persona we show the world, Morgan’s Mask revolves around a gamer, streamer and cosplayer who is obsessed with her online presence and interacting with her myriad fans, showing the type of addiction that is only allowed to form because of the neglect one shows to other aspects of their life. More importantly, it's a film about self-care and self-love, and learning that before we can give all the love we wish to share with others, we must not forget to give to ourselves.
