Spirit GUN!! When it comes to the action and drama at a young age is known but what happens in this story is definitely surprising. Manga and animation creator Yoshihiro Togashi tells a story of a young man who was in an unfortunate accident in an attempt to save a child’s life. Yusuke Urameshi, luckily enough survives the incident with a supernatural touch. In December 1990 to July 1994, it was serialized by Shueisha Inc. then to North America via Viz’s Shonen Jump from January 2003 to January 2010. While releases of original video animation (OVA’s) and video games, the story sold over 50 million copies of 19 volumes. The studio productions was brought to us by Fuji Television and Studio Pierrot when showcasing the series on Cartoon Network’s Adultswim then later Toonami. Considering the block of other series such as Rurouni Kenshin and Cowboy Bepop, it ranked 53 on the top 100 anime list of 2001. With its involvement in the supernatural and enough action to see what happens next with this crew, Yu Yu Hakusho can get you hype!
