1Im very happy with this new design on the Anker 5 port charger.
The way the new PowerIQ ports work are brilliant.
These 2 intelligent ports automatically sense the correct maximum output for your device and charge them at full speed.
I have been using this charger to charge my Xperia z2 and Galaxy s5 and Sony bluetooth headphones all at the same time, and all charged at there fastest rate to maximum capacity with zero problems.
Having used the previous generation of this charger I find the new IQ ports a brilliant idea.
And helps to make for an even simpler user experience.
The 3 remaining ports are standard usb charging ports and are still suitable to charge most devices at full speed.
The device has failsafes built in to stop charging your device at 100% and can shut itself down in the event of overheating and short circuits.
As with all Anker products the design and build quality is fantastic and as always is covered by the very generous 18 month warranty.
The size of the item is roughly a pack of playing cards, which I feel is remarkable for the amount of ports and power this device can output.
The device comes in Ankers new eco packaging, which is well made and comes complete with a welcome guide and warranty details.
