"Annabelle" is a horror film released in 2014 and serves as a prequel to the successful horror movie "The Conjuring." The story follows a young couple, John and Mia, who are expecting their first child. John gifts Mia a vintage doll, Annabelle, to add to her collection. Their lives take a terrifying turn when their home is invaded by satanic cultists, resulting in a violent incident involving Annabelle. After this, eerie and unexplained occurrences start happening, and the couple soon realizes that the doll is possessed by a malevolent entity. Desperate to protect their family, they seek the help of paranormal experts to stop the evil force attached to the doll before it's too late. The film delves into themes of supernatural terror, possession, and the frightening consequences of toying with dark forces.
