★Anno 1404 - Part 3, Try Out End★
0The Anno franchise was one of many I knew existed. I was interested in giving them a try, but never could find enough push to do it… Until now ;) Mind you, this is just a short try out and not a full series, mostly because Ubisoft released an updated version, called History Edition, on their shop, which I will be checking out at a later time. As far as I can tell, the setting is fictionalised, but takes plenty of inspirations from the real life aspects of the mediaeval and renaissance period. Other than that? Anno 1404, known as Dawn of Discovery in North America, is a city-building and economic simulation game with real-time strategy elements, part of the Anno series. Released in 2009, it was developed by Related Designs, produced by Blue Byte, and published by Ubisoft. Anno 1404 is the sequel to Anno 1701 and is followed by the futuristic sequel Anno 2070. An expansion, titled Anno 1404: Venice, which adds multiplayer and other features, was released on February 26, 2010. All rights belong to their respective owners.
