DOPT instructions and CVC guidelines for handling anonymous(बेनामी) and pseudonymous(छद्मनामी) complaints against central government employees.Central vigilance commission and department of personnel and training has issued guidelines/instructions for dealing with such complaints and prohibited any action on such complaints.Now government employees may defend against complaints if any departmental action is taken against him under CCS(Conduct)Rules 1964 and CCS(CCA)Rules 1965.
