In this video I go over Ties That Bind. Recently, it has been nerfed once more. It is still an incredibly useful action skill and I believe that the nerf is justified. It was synergizing with things that did not make any sense and it was doing way more damage than needed. The nerf isn't even that bad because you can still deal millions of damage without the use of those broken mechanics.
