After new loot update I did 50 runs in the heart of rage stronghold on grandmaster 1 difficulty with exactly same loadout that has 88% luck, I didn't change a single item during my runs. I will do other activities as well, all on grandmaster 2 difficulty like freeplay, strongholds, legendarie contracts and compare them later but Heart of rage on GM1 is easiest way for most players to get legendaries.
Please do share your best way how to farm legendary items now but keep in mind that it has to be consistent over longer period of time, preferably 20 or more hours, because there are days when it seems impossible to get a single legendary and days when they drop like crazy.
