Any characters that can spawn the clones can no longer recharge their ultimate until the clone's lifespan runs out, it also counts when all the clones are dead but it can still reset when you respawn.

Tip: Clown Gremlin clones cannot despawn when their host dies.
Robbie the Rabbit clones can despawn once their host is dead.
