This is me playing one of Antstream Arcade many challenges. The game in question is "EDF: Earth Defence Force" arcade game. The challenge name is "F.D.E." and the description is "Test your piloting skills by making it as far as possible through the stage while its flipped upside down!"

So the image is flipped so up is down and right is left. There isn't really any really big secrets tricks. There are good hiding spots for the big enemies and you only have to do minimal movements. If you had the time and patience you could keep it going forever.
