Learn how to complete the Man at arms rush and scouts in AOE2. A men at arms rush is one of the strongest strategies to use in open map games and a scout rush is a great follow up in order to cause a lot of damage to your opponent.

You can use this AOE2 Man At Arms and Scouts to scout rush with a stronger economy and with any civ in age of empires 2 definitive edition and will be great with civs like Franks, Slavs, Magyar, Lithuanians.

The age of empires 2 man at arms rush and scout rush is great for causing some early damage to you opponents. If done properly the scout rush can harass enemy wood lines, gold or berries, causing delays to your opener and hopefully killing some villagers. Beware though, if you lose your men at arms ,your opponent could wall up before your scout rush gets chance to cause damage or they could make spearman your counter your scouts so it's really important to keep them alive to counter any spearmen.

6 Sheep
4 wood with Lumber camp
1 lure boar
1 to make 2 houses then mill berries
4 to berries (lure 2nd boar with food villager)
2 boar
1 barracks + house then wood
2 gold
loom
click up to feudal age

make 3 militia
move 5 villagers from food to wood
get 40 gold in the bank
move gold villagers to berries

Feudal Age
immediately research Man At Arms
research Double Bit Axe & Horse Collar
new villagers to straggler trees.
Make farms when you have 60 wood
Move berry villagers - 5 to gold, 2 farms
Make Stable
Make 3-4 scouts
research wheelbarrow at around 15 farms
