Requested video from a friend of the channel:)

Anyone interested in this monitor give this a read really cool: https://www.aorus.com/The-Story-Behind-AORUS-AD27QD-Gaming-Monitor.php

*While HDR does work with gysnc/freesync it might give you black screens. You will have to disable freesync/gsync to not get that anymore...

*Remember I have SDR at FULL BLAST settings. Camera is picking up a bit extra wash but its not that washed out. I prefer SDR but thats me.

**While it does look nice and the definition of the colors etc is really good it still needs more brightness to look awesome. I say HDR600 would have been at least just right. Its NOT comparable to say a samsung tv HDR for example but remember it is a bare bones lowest VESA certified HDR spec HDR400 monitor. If the brightness were higher it would have more punch...

**If you have seen the HDR on a Sony LED X850c then this is comparable to that(not the best)... is what I can say as I have that TV. but the Aorus monitor is about 50nits brighter(350-450nits) in HDR in that mode as the Sony HDR TV tops at 400nits barely.

Any jerkiness on the screen is due to the camera not the monitor it's always super smooth if you follow the Blurbusters settings for Gsync to get no screen tears and lowest input lag.

Timestamps:
SDR: Start
HDR: 3:35
Screen Vs: 6:38
Shadowplay: 7:54

Hi Friends Welcome to Viktors Reality in this video: G-SYNC compatible monitor.
I try to show SDR vs HDR features of the Monitor. G-SYNC ON w/Freesync On.
There is NO I Repeat NO screen tearing at all! Everything is smooth as butter. Color definition and brightness are great. I wish the brightness was a tad brighter say 600nits instead of the 400nts but it will do for now. HDR would look just right at the 600nits range.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider Benchmark demo to check for artifacts, defects etc...
I have not seen any problems with any kind of flashing/white,black screen/artifiacts... Picture perfect!

** when it says freesync on in the video I meant Gsync on... so your aware when Aim Stabilizer is ON it can only be enabled with refresh rates above 75hz.

*Aorus AD27QD has a DP setting called DP 1.2+HDR, that's what I used so HDR could show...

I see no ghosting when viewing head on. I believe the Ghosting I have been talking about is more shown at the cursor movement level. In a video coming soon I will show Ghosting at various levels... If you have any Ideas let me know Im trying to help so you can make the best Informed purchasing decision possible...
