***Any Jerkiness is the camera not in game or monitor. You dont see that with your eyes. Example: in the Garfield Race game there seems to be chopiness. Camera picks up these things... but the Ghosting IS there..
**Remember I am super picky with my things so pls be aware of any opinions I give. Some things might not bother you that bother me... thx... All I want to do is help anyone thinking of purchasing anything I review or show.
*When you see arrows its points of interest to either compare or notice. Color difference, Color Pop or Ghosting length... Even if at a different angle look at the item and the Ghost image you will see the difference apart whatever the image you can tell. It dosent have to be same exact image/angle to tell the Overdrive preset...
Anyone interested in the Aorus monitor give this a read its really cool: https://www.aorus.com/The-Story-Behind-AORUS-AD27QD-Gaming-Monitor.php
Hi Friends,
In this video I try to show Ghosting on my Awesome Dell D2719HGF TN Monitor vs my new Awesome Aorus AD27QD IPS Monitor. I love both my monitors but wanted to show everyone what to expect or what the difference was. Its a TN vs IPS showdown/beatdown... lol
The Aorus currently cannot handle or read a VRR signal that the Xbox One X sends. But the Dell CAN read the VRR so that is a must for console gamers spending any money on a new Monitor.(AS seen in this video)
I will still use both Monitors so this video is to help anyone who is thinking in purchasing either one. They are both awesome monitors respectively and truly you cant go wrong going with either. They are both Freesync monitors with the capability of GYSNC On Compatibility.(Confirmed by my videos)
Blurbusters Ghosting Test: was used for both Monitors to test for Ghosting. I would say if you count the Alien ship including the ship I could see about 2-3 on the Dell vs 3-4 maybe 5 on the Aorus if you really look closely... But in actual gameplay I do NOT notice any Ghosting that will make me say "What is this!"
It truly is an awesome experience..
Shadow of the Tomb Raider: image/color
The curser movement is to show the worst case scenario I have experienced with the Ghosting/smear... I only notice it compared to my TN panel in this situation. Not with gaming PUBG, Civ 5, Planet Coaster, Sims 4 etc...
MK10: looks amazing... on this! The Lava is unbelieveble... The Dark volcano background looks really good. The Reds and Oranges really Pop! No lag... Didnt see Ghosting in normal play...
Garfield Kart: (the best Cat in the world...lol) to show the blotchness of the colors good for testing IMO. Any choppiness is from my camera... It is smooth when playing just trying to show since the flat, plain colors stand out easier...
Doom: The Red color on Doom was so Rich and colorful. I have not done anything in settings to get it like that other then add the fire effects...lol But WOW I felt Hot playing it... It was so rich in detail... No Ghosting playing it normally. Note: Doom only runs at 60fps with Gsync enabled. It's a bug with the game and Gsync...
Tip: play that level and put on a campfire/fireside scented candle on... Wow talk about immersion!!!
