Aperture Gaming Batman Arkham Series Timeline

Test subject 133 here for Aperture Gaming. This video may contain some spoilers, so watch it with caution.
After hearing and seeing some pieces of news in the game, I think I have figured out the timeline of this game series. I wanted to do this for myself, and because of some things Zero Punctuation had said about the Arkham Origins game. Some stuff is a little tough to follow, but I think I got it, and if anyone has any info to help me, that's great. please let me know.
Here is what I figure: WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD!
2005/2006: Batman Begins his battle on crime.
December 24th 2007/2008: Batman Arkham Origins
(Note 1. Zero Punctuations notes the city is smaller and asks why we have smartphones? The first touchscreen smartphone was released June 29th of 2007, Happy Birthday BTW :) So the phone would be consistent.)
(Note 2. He points out the items Batman has... In Arkham City, he sends a gear request to Alfred who asks why he doesn't use a bigger belt. He says it slows him down, so he has learned from his establishing Origins game.)
(Note 3. He says the city is smaller than the section of the city in Arkham City... while we can't go to the wonder tower, old Gotham underground and subway or into some of the buildings, I do believe we got more surface area in the city itself. We got the entire city, so much to the point we got the Fast Travel option with the Bat Wing.)
February 2013: Arkham Asylum
August 2013: Joker isn't healing and the doctors give him 18 months to live. To show no weakness, he goes into solitary for 6 months.
February 2014: Joker was supposed to be the first official inmate in Arkham City, but escapes and comes up with a plan for revenge... is now hiding in Arkham City.
February 2015: Arkham City happens.
October 30/31: Arkham Knight
This is the best theory I can go with. I hope this makes as much sense to you as it did for me. If you guys and gals have any other ideas, please let me know.
