Greetings fellow test subjects,
I know this review is LONG overdue, but I wanted to review the game when it was ready, though the non-working parts of the game and the delay will factor out some of the points. I had to play Rogue first since the4se both came out at the same time and I had issues with the "real world" to deal with also.
Now, It's good I waited, because I think the game is good. At it's lowest, I give it a 7 out of 10, and on the highest, a 8.5 out of 10. When working, the visuals are great and the level of details is amazing. The story seems like something we have seen before, but it's a new time and location.
I also liked how you can use your phone to get further immersion into the game. Kind of a catch if you don't have the right kind of phone, but then if you do have the phone but don't have the game... your in trouble either way.
I don't like how we have to be a PS PLUS member for co-op and how we don't have free multi-player anymore. I guess some kind of trade off had to happen. I figured after the issues at the start, we'd at least get some free co-op for a little while, right?
I digress. Since the game had a sour launch, we are getting free DLC and the money we had down for the Season Pack will be used for a different game from Ubisoft... still waiting on word for that. Also, this is going to sound weird, but of the three shaving cans of EDGE, each only works for one system: XBOX, PS4, and PC. Weird...
We should be getting patch 4 of the repairs and updates soon. When I get the chance, I'll inform you of the DLCs.
