As per Ludia: "The team is aware of and has heard your feedback on the state of Apex Concatoloch. We understand there was some frustration with this dino since a previously attempted rebalancing failed to meet your and our expectations. It was thus subsequently reverted not long after. Since then, the team has been hard at work devising a new viable rebalancing that will address the primary issue of lengthy Concatoloch mirror matches without hindering this helpful healing Hadrosaurid.
This rebalancing will be active as of May 15th, 2024 11:00 AM ET."

Priority Removed
Ability renamed to “Shielded Ferocity”
◾EXPOSE WEAKNESS
Added Destroy Shields effect
◾ENHANCEMENT PASSIVE EFFECT
Changed the effect trigger timing to occur at the end of the turn.
Increased the healing value from 10% to 15%.
