Apex Legends audio fix - 8 channel to 2 channel and vice versa
2In this video I will be explaining how to fix audio issues related to Apex Legends on PC, please feel free to include other methods in comment section.
Steps
1.Go to c/users/(username)/savedgames/respawn/apex/local/setting(open in notepad)
2.Open settings file and hit Ctrl + F and type sound_num_speakers "2"
3.Based on your channel requirement put number 2 or 8 in sound_num_speakers "2" (I prefer 2 channel for my earphones)
4.Right click sound symbol bottom right of windows and go to sound settings and
select your audio device.
5.Turn off all audio audio enhancements and spatial audio (If you need 3d audio keep windows spatial ON)
6.Go to steam and right click apex legends properties
7.Type " +miles_channels 2 " in launch options
8.All done and now the apex legends audio will be stereo (if sound_num_speakers "2" )
