Relic: Tranquil Heart
Amulet: Ravager's Mark (For the Merciless Long gun combo)
Ring: Ring of Omens (Combo with Amulet for Mist Step Dodge), Soul Guard, Hex Ward, Hardened Coil

Traits: Vigor, Spirit, Expertise, Fitness, Bloodstream (To regen Mist Step life cost), Fortify (Engineer trait)... Remaining points I put in triage for extra heal.

Since most of the bosses in Apocalypse mode will heal when you use a Relic, I use tranquil heart instead but I don't consume it.
