It's not as complicated when you know the best approach. It's more luck-based than hard as cars come at you randomly, each lane has specific cars though, more on that later. Use the fully upgraded shinobi. Always stay in the middle of the road, that way you don't need to make big turns. On your left cars will come at you, you can see the slight white light from afar, always move right to dodge. On your right cars will move away from you, they will be changing lanes, and you need to dodge to the right.
