April 22nd Development Update | Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020
313While Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020's next plans towards World Update 5 relies on the region of Nordics. Not just the World Update 5, other updates including Sim Update 4 is in place. With the help of partners, the World Updates could be possible. Three partners are in play towards the World Updates and they are key to this. BlueSky, Gaya Simualtions, Orbx and not to forget external teams too.
Make sure to update your simulator with the latest mini fix out there!
Four World Updates in place so far, and ideally, this can be the approach for the team to address areas of the World. There are many other regions that require attention to detail including other parts of Europe, Russia, Asia, Australia and Africa. While the bingmaps can render data, at times it wouldn’t be as easy to render them depending on the restriction on various countries. Besides, BingMaps should see a lot of improvements coming by the end of this year.
Gaya Simulations have been of great helps towards the sim especially with Airports.
Blackshark AI has tremendously added more value towards the architecture aspect of the simulator, the recent update has been towards Cathedrals.
