22Disclaimer: I don't really advocate taking advantage of this bug. Mostly because target-locking + throwing right as it's attacking is so much easier. Furthermore, the Pokemon seems to be a little bit off-center, which threw me off on my first few throws.
Near the end video Tyranitar moves a little bit twice but that's just his idle animation.
