In today's computer science video we are going to add the Amazon Alexa and some Machine learning to our HUD, as we explore trying to make JARVIS from Iron Man for Android and IOS in Unity. We are going to use the augmented reality SDK Vuforia for some interesting interaction using a mobile phone in a plastic VR headset. So we added in Alexa for the conversational element and created a Node.js server to relay messages back to Unity. At the point you will see the implementation takes a turn for the worse so we strip out some features and then once performance is OK, we add in all my old Github projects. We add machine learning image classification using Tensorflow, marker-less AR using the gyroscope, streaming in YouTube videos with the YouTube API and more. Now, where do we take it from here? Thoughts?
