In which I play "Asteroids" the 1979 game by Atari. What an amazing ground-breaking game this was at the time. I might be mistaken, but I think it introduced the idea of objects "wrapping around" the screen to re-enter on the other side, something that was done by many later games.

It just plays so amazingly well, and despite a bit of sniping by the enemy saucers, it rarely feels like the game is taking advantage; after all, what would you expect enemies to do?
