Arcade Laserdisc: Bega's Battle (1983 Data East)
259A shooting 'em up game where you play a character named Bega. You must face the alien Varga who is trying to take over the earth. You must defeat Varga to save the earth from destruction. Other goals are to rescue your friends Luna, Joe, and Sony. Once rescued, Luna gave you extra firepower, Joe gave you the shield, and Sony gave you teleportation ability.
This was Data East's first game to use a laser disc. featuring clips from the Japanese Animee film "Harmageddon: Genma Taisen".
Info: Joey the guardian of the PKbarrier protects from attacks from enemies which blocks them making you invincible is the most helpful ally in the game. Sonny the guardian of the Teleporter is useless. Regardless of what level you on, he's only going to take you back all the way to level 2 making start all over from the beginning which I found is a waste of time. Level 20 is the hardest of all the levels as there's no way to get pass that level without having some to join you and you'll never get through it alone.

Note: Alright!, I finally beaten this game. this game is very hard. Since Daphne emulator does not have save-state support. I have to practice and play this game so many times until I finally mastered the levels and had to use only 1 continue after I lost all lives. Thank god I've beaten this game I won't ever have to play this game again in the future. I still cannot beat or finish Interstellar Laser Fantasy, so will have to wait longer until I can finally get around beating the game or showing all the levels if it's endless.
