Arcane Arena - A Strategy Deck Building Board Game
2The Tournament of Champions draws near and the fires and lanterns are lit. The moon Gate opens and the Sun Gate closes; magic flows across the lodestone grid. Aspiring masters of arcane knowledge and martial arts are welcomes to gather, train, and compete throughout the year, seeking to become the next Champion of the Arcane Arena.
In Arcane Arena, 2-4 students set out at a time, either alone or as a team. You will train and compete through 3 rounds where each round consists of a Training Phase and a Combat Phase. In the Training Phases players play their cards to convince trainers to teach them new Spells and Abilities. The Combat Phases consist of players using their deck of cards to control their character on the board, fighting each other and collecting the favor of the crowd.
As the game progresses towards the final round, players will have more time to learn new abilities and spells in training and more health in combat. The game comes to its conclusion in the third combat phase, the Tournament of Champions, where the last player standing is crowned the victor!
