22Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! In today's video, I'm taking a look at the granddaddy of the legendary arcade series, NBA Jam. Years before NBA Jam existed, Midway came up with an idea for a humorous two on two basketball...or maybe, "basketbrawl" game, that features plenty of right hooks, blind refs, dog mascots, and creepy, lifeless halftime studio announcers.
Arch Rivals is a game that I've always enjoyed in the arcades, but with the Genesis version, I just couldn't help but feeling like it was missing something. Take a look!
