Archeage 3.0 Armorer's villa changes, but more generally all the upgraded 24x24 houses had their recipes altered so they all now require proficiency. These houses are not that great anymore IMO, They still cost an arm and a leg to build and the small bonuses are not something that will be useful for several weeks in the new servers. Skip these for the 1st few weeks would be my tips.
