This is a video that shows how to install the English patch in the Russian version of Archeage. I was doing this for the first time as well, so it should technically work for you. Everything except for the map works fine.

The files you will need are:

Proxifier - this allows you to run proxy even if it's forbidden by the program. This is a demo version.

WARNING: make sure to use a new patch file that's located here as using OLD patch file will get you a permanent ban for "using bots". The Hackshield seems to detect old patches, but not the new ones.

WARNING 2:
When changing Proxification rules in Proxifier, change the action of the "Default" and "Localhost" rules to "Direct" and let the "New" rule (archeage.exe) to "Proxy SOCKS5 127.0.0.1". Apparently the game can crash and disconnect if you don't.

If you're getting a FAILED TO LOAD DATA message, try this:


In TTC folder is a file called Script.txt
Open it
Scroll down and locate "\x72\x17\x1D\x0B\x3A\xFA\x24\xE2\x7D\x12\xAD\x39\x16\x5A\x71\x0B"
Replace it with "\x16\xC2\x3D\x61\x7A\x32\x2A\x8C\x19\x15\x0A\x0B\x58\x14\x46\x2C"
Save and run the patch.bat again ( this will fix the fail to load game data error)
