Arduino battery tester with load resistor - part 2

I've made some progress with my DIY electronic-load / battery discharger / battery capacity meter I showed you over here: https://youtu.be/A9RThUvLoc4
The prototype is almost ready, it actually can measure battery capacity with what looks like a decent accuracy. It's not perfect but will have to do. I'm waiting for a clamp current meter ( http://bit.ly/2UrCgWV ) to confirm that.
I'm having some troubles with Arduino analog to digital converters (ADC). Accuracy is not the best, and the fact that there is a voltage divider makes it worse. For very precise measurements, I need accuracy to the hundredth part of a volt. With Arduino, accuracy to decimal part of a volt is the end. I'm considering migrating to STM32 board, like STM32 BluePill http://bit.ly/2zSvVv3 or something.
