In our first attempt at flying Ardupilot on an F4 board, I mistakenly tried to do so with a plain old GPS, and quickly found that you needed a compass as well. Having fitted one (along with a 433mhz data radio) it's time to try again.

The Omnibus F4 Flight controller for this was originally supplied by Banggood, so here are a few quick (affiliate) links https://www.banggood.com/Original-Airbot-Omnibus-F4-Pro-V3-Flight-controller-SD-5V-3A-BEC-OSD-Current-Sensor-LC-Filter-p-1319177.html?p=E81211714085201408XQ&utm_source=Youtube&utm_medium=cussku&utm_content=tanghao&utm_campaign=wayne

I used the BN-880 GPS/Compass module https://www.banggood.com/UBLOX-NEO-M8N-BN-880-Flight-Control-GPS-Module-Dual-Module-Compass-p-971082.html?p=E81211714085201408XQ&utm_source=Youtube&utm_medium=cussku&utm_content=tanghao&utm_campaign=wayne
