I'm so pleased with Final Fantasy XV. I've been waiting for this game for 10 years and being a huge Final Fantasy fan I wasn't too happy with the new games after X. To me they didn't feel like Final Fantasy games anymore. So I was very skeptical of picking this one up, but I'm glad I did because it feels like a real Final Fantasy but it's build in a way that it can be fun for anyone who has never played one before.
Other than that I really enjoyed the story of XV, of course there are some plot holes and things I wish they explained more but I can forgive them. Ardyn Izunia is one my favourite Final Fantasy characters. He's just so creepy but he has a lot of history behind him. The fact that he ties into the warriors of light and fallen angel theme is just very Final Fantasy.
I hope I kind of redeemed him in some way, I know he's a huge jerk in the storyline, especially chapter 13 because that was so annoying to play, but how everything plays out he just seems like a hero to me.
