59The patch is so new I'm having to catch myself and make sure I write "5.3" everywhere. So, how are Razorgor Chariots, which were already good? Other chariots had mass increased, their mass was deemed fine. They were given more Weapon Strength, doing more melee damage to keep their relative awesomeness intact. That means they're... even better than before.
