Are Fell Bats Any Good in Patch 5.3? - Vampire Counts Unit Focus
104I've wanted to revisit fell bats for a long time as part of the Vampire Counts with proper boosts available. That's not because they're high tier units - goodness no. But, I've gone over how some trash is useful trash, and this is a great example. Bats are often reviled, but enough of them against the right targets - and with friends to help out because bats are weirdly effective tarpits in the short term - and you can really roll over certain types of enemies. And for the rest? That's what Vargheists are for, and that video is next in the series.
Still, if you can succeed with bats, use bats. They're faster and you will miss them less if something goes wrong.
