1A very important question is asked in this episode and it deals with the issue of some NFT’s being illegal. Ray, from Bees.Social and The SocialBees University, explains that some NFT’s can be illegal depending on their use. He explains that NBA Hot Shots was served with a class action lawsuit. He further explains that when other NFT’s allow for fractional purchases, they may cross the line as to what the SEC terms securities. Ray also states the other issues can arise when NFT’s are touted as items that can give certain yields which, again, crosses the line for the SEC.
