Are Virgin Gaming Money Matches Legit?
1Well, in a word: Yes!
After signing up a few weeks back and seeing a ton of EA Sports titles but NO FIGHTING GAMES, I was going to drop out of Virgin Gaming. But, when David Phillip Graham (@UltraDavid) mentioned on Twitter that Street Fighter had finally been added to the mix, I decided to give it another look. So, I put $20 in my account, and went looking for my first fight!
I ended up in a standard 2 out of 3 match up versus a UK Dee Jay player named Laatecks. The fights were VERY close, but I pulled it out in the end and won two bucks, minus the 12% overhead VG charges.
