I should say that no one's fun is wrong. You play the game however you like, be it competitively or not! But, I think there is something to be said about diving in and playing your wargames with a narrative flair, rethinking scenarios and perhaps embracing some of the rules of Stillmania.

Power might be a floppy concept in Warhammer 40,000 and Open Play in Warhammer Age Of Sigmar but it could sure lead to some fun games on the tabletop.
