There's a strange little radio tower somewhere in Southern California that some locals claim broadcasts unusual signals late at night, just before dawn. No one knows the source of these broadcasts, but once you hear it, you can't turn it off, as if something compels you to listen for awhile.

Callers can have their questions answered, but the advice is questionable at times. Is the host even human? No one seems to know who they are.
