In this video, I'll show you how to tame an Giga pretty easy and you can do it solo.

All you need it:
4 Metal Dinosaur Gateways
2-4 Large Bear Traps
Tranq arrows, Tranq darts or Shocking darts.
(How many you need, depends on your weapon damage and the giga level)
Enough Narcotic to keep the Giga knocked out.
