Just finished some creatures for the upcoming update in my mod, ARK: Reclamation. 1 is a brand new creature to Reclamation being introduced as an "Evolution" to Reclamation's Ditetraceras: The Aegiceras. 2 others are creature variants that will be able to be found on Scorched Earth: The Arid Shieldhorn & The Arid Aegiceras. As far as "Mod Lore" goes, Ditetraceras & Arid Shieldhorn basically function the same, but they're "map variants". (Think about how Pokemon does different regional variants, but these only have "visual" differences) which is why both of their "Evolved Forms" are Aegiceras variants.


Aegiceras swaps out Ditetraceras's Gas Cloud ability for a deployable shield that expands from within its body.

And SPOILER ALERT: We do NOT win against the Broodmother xD
I randomly spawned in low levels and only spawned in 1 each... what do you expect haha.

The POINT of this teaser, though, was to not only show off the visual differences in the variants, but to also show off how Aegiceras's shield works as well (though, it DOES still need some tweaking)
