This is a small wooden Farmhouse built a lot closer to the water with crop plots extending out around the edges of the ceilings on catwalks.
This is another simple house design that can be converted for land, but you will need clip active to build the same roof. The roof is similar to some of Aaron Longstaff's nordic builds, I really like the way he integrated the ramps into the roofs to get a steeper angle.
I built most of the stilt houses to have a ramshackle look as if they were built for function without too much concern over the architecture.
The real Stilt towns are often very well built with time-honoured techniques and native materials, but some are built like heavily populated slums out of modern materials.
I will be adding some walls and defences to this build to protect it from wild sea creatures, then this base could become a good sea pen to keep your water dinos in.
This farm is all built from wood and would make a good Starter base.

This Base was built with clip active and no mods so it can be built on unofficial Ark Survival Evolved Xbox One, PS4 and PC servers and singleplayer.
