My base on the Island map. Took a couple of weeks of grinding & taming max level utility Animals for this to be a reality. It has kibble farm, Ovis/mutton & Kairuku/Organic Polymer farm, Rex farm, water pen, surface base etc, all-in-one design.

I've taken tips from a bunch of great youtubers like Philnger Phoo, Aaron Longstaff etc. And my design philosophy was function first, then form.

My base is exactly over the East UW cave. It is strategically located - close to key Dino spawns(Argy/Rex/Doed/Anky etc), close to Carno Island(farming meat, getting max level Rex), mountains(easy gathering of metal), on the beaches(only Alpha Raptors are a minor nuisance), close to Oil/Silica Pearl spawns, close to Swamps(easy Cementing Paste etc), close to Green Obelisk(free Transmitter). I've done my research & found this to be the most ideal base build spot.

Biggest accomplishment for me was the HUGE Kibble-Farm pen enclosure for the 15 animals needed for making kibble for Imprinting Rexes.

Also, this video was my last few seconds on the Island Map, since I completed ALPHA ASCENSION & am moving to Scorched Earth.

PS; I DO NOT use cheats or spawn stuff in as it breaks immersion resulting in loss of challenge & fun. And also, I won't use creative mode for any design/stuff that I will keep as permanent. Sorry, but, I love legit.
