This is a quick look at the first batch of 5 dinos/animals/creatures that Studio Wild Card updated a few months ago.
When Ark released the studio was small and they didn't have as many talented and experienced artists so some of the early dinos were quite feeble/rough looking. This video gives a quick look at the before and after models and animation of each of the five dinos included in TLC 1; Procoptodon, Gigantopithecus, Dire Wolf, Dire Bear and the always sexy T-Rex (on Xbox One X).
This is my first video so please excuse how rough it is...or don't and I will just cry myself to sleep for the next 2-36 weeks.
This was recorded off the built-in Xbox capture software a while ago and the quality is well below what I intend to put out in the future on this channel. I now have dedicated capture hardware and access to much more in depth video editing tools.
Any and all criticism is appreciated.
I will be back with a lot more content and hopefully the quality (with your help) will improve every time.
