ARKANOID RETURNS (ARCADE / PLAYSTATION)
10Zeus presents Arkanoid Returns (un-emulated) for the Playstation, a true classic from the golden era of Playstation gaming which must not be forgotten alongside the software house and all programmers that were involved in making this game.
Year of release: 1997
I loved the original Arkanoid Arcade games but I'm not sure how I feel about this one.
Arkanoid Returns is the official arcade second sequel and fourth Arkanoid game (the third one being "Doh It Again" on the Snes) and found It's way into the arcdes back in 1997 (only released in Japan on Playstation),
The graphics and sound have been revamped with many new level layout's but the gameplay is pretty much the same which includes all the usual power-ups and level warp icons.
An ok game but I prefer the prequels.
