Thanks to Roman for his question about adding a small text popup in Arma 3 missions.

Place a trigger, have the activation type as any player present and then in the "On Activation" section place the following line of code:

["PLACE YOUR","TEXT HERE"] spawn BIS_fnc_infoText;
